Refunds & Returns

All products sold via the BOII Development Tebex store are digital and non-refundable by default.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, particularly those delivered in full or provided as source-available, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.
Once a resource is accessed or downloaded, the sale is final.

This policy exists to protect our work from abuse, including unauthorized copying, editing, or redistribution after a refund has been issued.

Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty due to a development error, you may contact us within 72 hours of purchase for investigation.
If we confirm that the issue is a fault on our part and cannot reasonably be fixed or patched, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.

To be eligible for a review, you must:

- Submit your request within 72 hours of purchase
- Include proof of purchase (Transaction ID, Tebex receipt, or CFX account)
- Provide a clear explanation of the issue

Compatibility with your server, hosting setup, or other third-party scripts does not constitute a fault.

Replacement Policy

If you lose access to a purchased resource (e.g., download failed, Tebex access removed), we may reissue the file once, provided:

- You can prove ownership (transaction ID or account match)
- The resource has not been retired or replaced

Tebex’s own download system governs availability.
If Tebex disables product resending or download history, we cannot override it.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements may be considered in rare edge cases:

- Proven developer fault, within 72 hours of purchase
- Corrupted or broken file delivery that cannot be reissued

Any other refund or replacement request will be denied.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
All changes take immediate effect upon being posted to our store.
