EULA - Subscriptions

This EULA applies to all subscription-based resources sold by BOII Development.
By installing or using any subscription resource, you agree to the terms set out below.

License Grant

As a subscriber, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the resource on your own servers for the duration of your active subscription.
Resources are asset-protected (escrowed) under the CFX platform.
Some files may be open for limited configuration or extension.
Usage rights end immediately if the subscription is cancelled, expires, or is revoked.

Permitted Use

- You may use the resource on any server you personally own or operate.
- You may modify and extend open/unlocked portions of the resource, if provided.
- You may store and back up resources for your own use during an active subscription.

Restrictions

You may not:

- Access, modify, bypass, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with escrow-protected files.
- Attempt to unlock or extract escrowed sections of the resource.
- Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense the resource, in whole or in part.
- Rebrand or claim authorship of the resource.
- Use the resource beyond the period of an active subscription.

Ownership

All intellectual property remains the property of BOII Development.
Subscription grants you the right to use the resource while subscribed - not to own or redistribute it.

Updates and Support

Updates and support are provided during your active subscription period only.
We reserve the right to change update frequency or content without notice.
Once your subscription ends, access to new updates or support is revoked.

Termination

Your license will terminate automatically if your subscription lapses or you breach any term of this agreement.
On termination, you must cease using the resource and delete all copies from your systems.

Disclaimer

The resource is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
BOII Development is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOII Development is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the resource.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
Disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
