EULA - One Time Purchases

This EULA applies to all one-time purchase resources sold by BOII Development.
By installing, modifying, or using any resource, you agree to the terms set out below.

License Grant

When you purchase a resource, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own server projects.
The resource may include source-available code, map data (including .ymap, .ytyp, .ydr, .ytd files), and other asset files that you may view and modify for your own server projects, but the ownership of the code remains with BOII Development.

Permitted Use

- You may use the resource on any server you own or operate.
- You may modify any source-available parts of the resource (including scripts, map files, and other assets) for personal or internal server use.
- You may keep personal backups of the resource.

Restrictions

You may not:

- Resell, share, distribute, or sublicense the resource in any form.
- Upload or share the resource (modified or unmodified) on any public or private platform, including but not limited to GitHub, Discord, or forums.
- Rebrand or claim authorship of the resource.
- Include the resource as part of any commercial service, product, or distribution outside your own server usage.
- You may not extract, convert, or reuse individual assets (such as models, textures, or map placements) from the resource in other projects outside your own server usage.

Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the property of BOII Development.
Purchasing a resource does not grant ownership or resale rights.
Only the license to use and modify the resource is granted under this EULA.

Updates and Support

BOII Development may provide updates or bug fixes at its discretion.
Support is available as advertised at the time of purchase and may be delivered via Discord, email, or other designated channels.
We reserve the right to discontinue support or updates at any time.

Termination

This license will be terminated automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the resource and cease all usage immediately.

Disclaimer

The resource is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Playing In Traffic is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the resource.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOII Development. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the resource.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
